well, i'd like to think that i'm a pretty independent gal. in fact i think most people would describe me as such. i've had some good adventures in my life:
getting lost in downtown phoenix with melissa and chelsie at 12.00 am not to mention almost missing the light rail countless times.
riding my bike ALL over the city of tempe with my headphones in gosh i love exploring
deciding to go to chicago for a weekend with mandi
trying to attend general conference (silly us)
attending quite a few first fridays (yes i met the Ghostbusters at one, they're regulars at first fridays)
flying to utah to visit my best friends for spring break
driving around the lovely state of Arizona in search of the perfect indie photo
and about a bazillion other adventures whose memories i keep close to my heart. i love exploring so much! there's so much to see in this world and while i'm here i'll be damned if i dont see as much as possibly can of it. and as for my adventure this summer its a big one.
this morning when i was driving to work i had a holy s*** moment. HOLY SH** I'M GOING TO CHICAGO!!!! pardon the language but thats just the way i am. you know that. i'm going to chicago in about four days but not only am i going to chicago but i'm going to explore the great midwest thats right illinois, iowa, and wisconsin(wiscaaaaaaaaanson). are those states ready for me? i think they are. i'm more excited than anyone will ever know. i get to see green stuff! and i'm doing all this with someone who just might be the coolest person i know, provided he isnt a rapist or ax murderer. watch out midwest team kellie and scott, better known as team EFFIN AWESOME is going to pwn you! hahaha! okay okay i just had to throw in a little gamer slang seeing as also on this trip i'm going to get in my fair share of playstaion hours. so thats going to be my latest adventure.
but here's a couple of songs that will provide a soundtrack to my trip.
oh yeah and this has nothing to do with this post but i watched the US play in the FIFA World cup and they WON!!!!! i hope they beat the crap out of the D group runners up. come on USA if you win odds are they'll make a movie out of it! haha! VIVA USA!
