i think i can say that this is my favourite song of all time.

chris rice is excellent, God has truly given him a gift.

just today this song came on the radio and i had a little moment to reflect on what was being said in this song. no matter where we're at in our lives or what we've done Jesus will always be there for us to love us and guide us. its so great to always have that be reaffirmed in my life. what a blessing it is to have someone who is there for us not just for a couple of days or weeks but for eternity, and to have someone to cry to, to thank, to share our happiness with, to help us carry our burdens, its simply amazing.
